Studge Gaming  — "Studge Gaming" Store Last updated: 28/08/2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any product from the Studge Gaming Store, operated by Studge Gaming (the "Community," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at https://studgegaming.com. The Store sells digital products for use on our Garry's Mod ("GMod") servers.

By placing an order, creating an account, or using the Store, you ("you," "the user," or "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Store. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, including responsibility for any purchases made.

1.2 By purchasing from the Store, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, or that you have the express permission of the account holder to use it.

2. Products Sold

2.1 The Store sells digital, non-physical products for use exclusively on Studge Gaming's Garry's Mod servers, including but not limited to:

VIP Membership Packages — tiered access to in-game perks, commands, cosmetic items, and other benefits as described on the product listing at the time of purchase.
Digital/In-Game Currency — virtual currency redeemable only within Studge Gaming's servers for in-game items, features, or services.

2.2 All products are digital content delivered electronically (typically applied automatically to your linked Steam/SteamID account). No physical goods are shipped.

2.3 Product descriptions, perks, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free at all times.

3. Nature of Purchases — Virtual Items & Currency

3.1 All VIP packages, in-game currency, and any other digital perks purchased through the Store are licensed, not sold. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased content on Studge Gaming's servers, subject to these Terms and our server rules.

3.2 Digital currency and VIP perks have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money or items outside the Store, and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

3.3 We do not guarantee any purchased perk, item, or currency will retain the same form, function, or availability indefinitely. Server updates, gamemode changes, or discontinuation of a product line may alter or remove previously purchased perks. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.

3.4 Purchases are tied to the Steam account/SteamID used at checkout. We are not responsible for perks or currency applied to the wrong account due to customer error.

4. Acceptable Use & Server Rules

4.1 Purchasing from the Store does not exempt you from our server rules, community guidelines, or staff instructions, all of which remain fully in effect and are available at https://studgegaming.com/forums/boards/1

4.2 We do not tolerate the abuse, exploitation, or misuse of any perks, benefits, commands, or currency obtained through the Store. This includes, without limitation:

Using VIP commands, tools, or access to grief, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players' experience.
Circumventing server rules using purchased perks or privileges.
Exploiting, duplicating, or artificially generating digital currency through unintended means.
Trading, selling, sharing, or transferring purchased perks/currency to other players or accounts outside the Store's own systems.
4.3 Violation of these Terms or the server rules — whether or not related to a purchase — may result in consequences at our sole discretion, up to and including:

Formal warnings;
Temporary or permanent revocation of VIP perks or currency, without compensation or refund;
Temporary suspension or permanent ban from the server(s) and/or community platforms (Discord, forums, etc.);
Blacklisting from future purchases.

4.4 Consequences under this section apply regardless of the amount spent, and no refund, credit, or compensation will be issued for perks or currency lost as a result of a rule violation or suspension.

5. No Refund Policy

5.1 All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, Studge Gaming does not offer refunds, credits, reversals, or exchanges for any purchase, including but not limited to VIP membership packages, digital currency, accidental purchases, purchases made by unauthorized users of an account, dissatisfaction with a product, or any consequence arising from Section 4 (Acceptable Use & Server Rules).

5.2 By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital content that is delivered/unlocked immediately, and you expressly consent to immediate delivery, waiving any withdrawal or cooling-off period to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5.3 If you believe a purchase was made in error due to a technical fault on our end (e.g., duplicate charge, failed delivery of a paid product), contact us within 14 days of the transaction so we can investigate. Remedies for confirmed technical errors are provided at our discretion and may include re-delivery of the product rather than a monetary refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

6.1 Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider — instead of contacting us directly to resolve an issue — is a serious violation of these Terms.

6.2 Any account, SteamID, or individual associated with a chargeback or payment dispute will be immediately and permanently blacklisted from Studge Gaming's Store, servers, and associated community platforms, and will forfeit all perks, currency, and access purchased or earned, without exception.

6.3 We will dispute and contest all chargebacks and payment reversals using all evidence available to us (including but not limited to purchase records, delivery logs, IP/SteamID data, and communications), regardless of the amount involved.

6.4 You agree that you will not file a chargeback for a digital product that has already been delivered/applied to your account. If you have a concern about a purchase, you agree to contact us first to seek resolution before involving your payment provider.

6.5 You may be held liable for any costs, fees, or losses we incur as a result of a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Payments & Pricing

7.1 All prices are listed in GBP/£ and are inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

7.2 Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., [Stripe/PayPal/etc.]). We do not store your full payment card details. Your use of these payment services is also subject to the relevant processor's own terms and privacy policy.

7.3 We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or run promotions at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Store, our servers, or any associated community platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, our server rules, or for any conduct we deem harmful to the community.

8.2 Termination or suspension of access does not entitle you to a refund of any purchases, in accordance with Section 5.

9. Service Availability

9.1 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Store, our servers, or any purchased perks. Servers may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

9.2 We are not liable for any loss of access, perks, or currency resulting from server downtime, technical issues, hosting provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to changes made by Valve/Steam or the Garry's Mod platform.

10. Third-Party Platforms

10.1 The Store and our servers operate on Garry's Mod, a game developed by Facepunch Studios and distributed via Steam, operated by Valve Corporation. Studge Gaming is an independent, unofficial community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Facepunch Studios.

10.2 Your use of Steam and Garry's Mod remains subject to Valve's and Facepunch's own terms of service, separate from these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studge Gaming, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our servers, including loss of data, loss of virtual items/currency, or loss arising from account suspension or termination.

11.2 Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studge Gaming and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of purchased products, or violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our server rules and any other policies referenced herein (e.g., Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Studge Gaming regarding use of the Store, superseding any prior agreements.
